Decision regarding opposition to patent application No. 153109 – cost ruling dated March 29, 2011 This is an application for patent registration for a pharmaceutical preparation for inhibiting bone breakdown in humans.
Decision regarding opposition to trademark registration 197349 dated March 13, 2011 Decision regarding the application for trademark registration TIGRIS (designed), submitted by City Wash Ltd. in class 25 for footwear, clothing and headwear. Puma AG filed an opposition to the application claiming that the requested mark may mislead the public to think that the applicant’s goods originate from the opponent, lead to dilution of the opponent’s marks, and cause unfair competition.
