After completing the request for patent process, if their inventions meet the criteria mandated in the Patent Law, the Patent Regulations and in Court decisions, inventors and others requesting patent will receive a Certificate of Patent.
Certificate of Patent is a document issued by the Patent Office and signed by the Registrar of Patents, Designs and Trademarks.
A Certificate of Patent contains the details recorded in the Patents Journal
